I have dubbed'm "Cirules" (sir-rule-ease), for cirrus clouds and circles :B This big boy is 6 inches to the head and weighs a whopping 2 lbs. Might consider selling him. Maui the maui's/hector's dolphin (dur), done for the anthrosketchxch on lj :3 The concept was inspired by this sketch by Maui. I don't know if she's actually in the sky, but er, the title sounded nice. Twas my very first time drawing a sea mammal of this shape, which I think turned out ok-ish. I don't think he's a real maharajah, no; he's just called as such. This came to me after I listend to the intro of 'Hindi Sad Diamonds' off the Moulin Rouge soundtrack. It's got this heavy plodding beat that reminds me of stomping elephants. Now that I look back, the colors don't seem quite right-- in my head, it's more of a golden "burning beauty" kinda thing. Will develop this more.
